We have held events at Mount Druid twice now and we absolutely love it. It’s a nice mix of informal environment with everything that you need to deliver a great event. Margaret, Eleanor and the team literally cannot do enough for you and they are so relaxed about it yet support you to deliver a brilliant event – it seems effortless – nothing is too much to ask and they create a really nice family environment where you are sad to leave the team at the end of the few days. The barn is brilliant for presentations, awards, team building activities and we have made use of all of the out door space to do treasure hunts and sports days – again anything is possible. The food is amazing – we have had lovely organically sourced BBQ’s and soup and sandwich lunches which are delicious. We also like to split our events between the barn and the boat house – the boat house is great at night for a nice relaxed environment where we have had bands and a DJ it also has a pizza oven which is a lovely treat. I feel very lucky that we have found Mount Druid as an events space – it really fits with our company culture and it’s a genuine pleasure to be there.
